Capital Area Workforce Development Board offers job seekers and employers the most powerful, dynamic and cost effective recruiting events in this region. Partnering with the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association, the Board hosts two annual JobLink System Career Fairs, one in the Spring, and another in the Fall. These events are considered by many to be the best value in the area.

We have a proven track record when it comes to hosting career fairs. We have served over 540 employers and over 8500 job seekers in 4 years. Participating employers include private and publicly-held local and national businesses, as well as, government and non-profit organizations.
